You will learn more from FAQs

Explore the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about our exceptional services.

Creating a model that runs is easy. Creating one that truly represents your test vehicle is harder. It needs the right data, the right settings and a careful comparison with test results. That is where an experienced engineer saves you time and prevents wrong conclusions.

Yes. Once the vehicle matches your test results, we add sensors, other vehicles and road scenarios to test driver-assist and autonomous vehicle functions long before a prototype is on the road.
If you run simulations all year, a license and trained staff make sense. If you need a few studies or have a deadline, an expert is usually faster and cheaper. Many clients start with a paid study, then decide.
Basic use is quick, since the interface is built for engineers. A trustworthy model of your own vehicle, matched to test data, takes much longer. That is the part we do for you.
Either can work. We confirm the license setup when we scope your project. You do not need a license to get results and a report from us.
Vehicle weight, center of gravity, suspension layout, spring and damper data, tire data and brake details. If some data is missing, we begin with typical values and update as you send more. If you don’t have suspension data, our partner testing network can measure your vehicle for kinematics and compliance.
Yes, through our partner testing network. Your vehicle is measured on a suspension parameter measurement machine (SPMM), which records how the suspension moves and flexes under load. We use those measurements to build a model that truly represents your vehicle, then run your studies.
Yes. We take wheel, axle and suspension forces from the simulated maneuvers and give them to our structural analysis team. A vehicle simulation alone does not prove a part will last. That also needs the right load history, material data and a structural model.
Cars, SUVs, pickups, vans, trucks, tractor-trailers, RVs and trailers, off-road equipment and race vehicles.
Yes. We connect your Simulink or other controller model to the vehicle model and run the same maneuvers with the system on and off. We can then tune the settings virtually (virtual calibration) so fewer physical tests are needed.
